3-MONTH WARRANTY [Repair]

Phone Chase is committed to providing high-quality repair services for your electronic devices. We offer a 3-month warranty on all repairs performed by our technicians.

Coverage: Phone Chase covers all repair services performed on your device against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 3 months from the date of repair completion.
Repair Guarantee: If within the warranty period your repaired device exhibits the same issue that it was serviced for, Phone Chase will re-service the device at no additional cost, provided the issue is due to the original repair workmanship or faulty parts.

Exclusions: This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage resulting from accidents, misuse, abuse, or neglect.
  • Tampering or modification of the repaired device by anyone other than Phone Chase technicians.
  • Subsequent damage unrelated to the original repair service.

Voiding the Warranty: The warranty is void if:

  • The device shows signs of physical damage unrelated to the repair service.
  • The device shows signs of water damage unrelated to the repair service.
  • The device has been repaired or serviced by anyone other than Phone Chase during the warranty period.

Claim Process: To make a claim under this warranty, contact Phone Chase customer service at contact@phonechase.co with your original repair receipt or invoice. Our technicians will assess the device and determine if the issue is covered under warranty.
Limitation of Liability: Phone Chase's liability under this warranty is limited to the cost of re-servicing the device. Phone Chase is not liable for any consequential or incidental damages resulting from the use of our repair services.
