    • Please provide your order number and a brief explanation of why you are returning the item.

Return Shipping:

    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
    • We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of your item.

Return Condition:

    • Returned items must be in their original condition, including tags and labels.
    • Any items returned that are damaged, used, or missing parts may be subject to a restocking fee.

Refund Process:

    • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
    • We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
    • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days, depending on your bank or credit card issuer's policies.

Exchanges:

    • If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please contact our customer service team to arrange the exchange.
    • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Final Sale Items:

    • Certain items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or exchange unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.
