MAIL-IN POLICY & PROCEDURE [Repair Service]

Step 1: REQUEST A REPAIR ESTIMATE
- Use our Repair Estimate Form to provide details about your device and the issue. Attach any photos or videos to help us assess the problem.
Step 2: REVIEW YOUR QUOTE
- Once we receive your request, our team will provide a detailed estimate within 1-2 business days. If you’re happy with the quote, confirm your repair by replying to the email.
Step 3: PREPARE YOUR DEVICE FOR SHIPPING
- Backup Your Data: Ensure all important data is backed up, as repairs may involve resetting the device. Do not worry, loss of data is usually less than 1%.
- Remove Accessories: Please remove cases, SIM cards, memory cards, and other accessories.

Secure Packaging:
- Use bubble wrap to protect your device.
- Place it in a sturdy box to avoid damage during transit.
- Include a printed copy of the confirmation email we sent you.
Step 4: SHIP YOUR DEVICE
- Use a reliable courier service with tracking and signature on delivery for peace of mind.
- Shipping details, including the address, will be provided once the repair quote is approved and the booking is confirmed.
Step 5: TRACKING AND UPDATES
- Once we receive your device, we’ll notify you and start the repair. You’ll receive updates on the progress.
Step 6: PAYMENT AND RETURN
- After the repair is completed, we’ll send you a final invoice. Payments can be made online.
- Upon receiving payment, your device will be shipped back to you with tracking.
Important Notes:
- Customers are responsible for shipping costs to our location.
- Ensure your device is well-packed; we are not liable for damages incurred during transit.
- Devices unclaimed for more than 90 days after repair will incur storage fees or be disposed of.
