At Phone Chase, we stand by the quality of our accessories and want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Our policy covers both change of mind and defective items, ensuring a fair and hassle-free experience.
Returns & Exchanges
- 14-Day Refund: You may return an item for a full refund within 14 days of receiving it.
- 30-Day Store Credit: Returns after 14 days (up to 30 days) are eligible for store credit.
To qualify, the item must be:
- Unused, in original packaging, with all accessories included.
- Not a final sale product (e.g., personalised items, gift cards).
- Returned with shipping paid by the customer, unless faulty or incorrect.
Warranty for Defective or Faulty Accessories
All accessories come with a 3-month warranty covering manufacturing defects.
If your accessory develops a fault or defect, we will provide:
- A replacement, exchange, or store credit, depending on the issue.
- Assistance even after 30 days, contact us if you experience a problem, and we’ll assess the best solution.
This applies to:
- Items that arrive damaged or defective.
- Accessories that develop a functional issue during normal use.
How to Initiate a Return or Warranty Claim
- Email us at contact@phonechase.co within the applicable period to request a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA).
- Use a trackable shipping method for returns.
- Items returned damaged, used, or missing parts may incur a 20% restocking fee.
- Final Sale Items
Items marked as final sale cannot be returned unless defective or damaged upon arrival.
