Where is Phone Chase and when are you open?

Phone Chase is at Shop 39 (The Mark Centre), 3-15 Orchid Ave, Surfers Paradise QLD 4217. We are open Monday to Friday 10am–7pm and Saturday to Sunday 11am–6pm. Walk-ins and bookings are welcome.

How long does a phone screen repair take?

Most repairs, usually screens, batteries, charging ports and back glass, are done while you wait within 15–30 minutes when the part is in stock. If a part needs ordering and can be delivered next day, the repair is usually done within the hour once it arrives. We explain the cost, parts and timeframe before any work starts.

Do refurbished and pre-owned devices come with a warranty?

Yes. Every refurbished and pre-owned device is tested and graded, and carries a 3-month warranty at $500 and under or a 6-month warranty over $500. iPhones have at least 85% battery health, and there is a 48-hour change-of-mind return.

Do you ship or repair devices outside the Gold Coast?

Yes. We ship Australia-wide, with free shipping on orders over $70, and offer Australia-wide mail-in repairs. Shipping to New Zealand is free over $100 AUD.

Can I sell or trade in my old phone, tablet or laptop?

Yes. Request a free quote with your device details. If you accept the final offer after we inspect the device in store, you receive cash or trade-in credit towards another device.
